Tenant repairs

Place your repair request by clicking on the email button listed to the left of this screen. Please be certain to list detail on what repair you are requesting. List your name, address and both home, work and cell phone numbers so that a repair contractor may contact you promptly.

If you have an emergency please call 911 for the Fire Department

If you smell gas, please call the gas company at 1-800-427-2200, then notify our office as soon as possible.

Protect the property from Damage

If you have a plumbing leak causing water damage, please use the shut off valve to your home to shut off the water. This will prevent further damage. There are water shut off valves located underneath the toilets and also underneath the kitchen sink as well. Place a bucket or trash can under the leak and clean up any water on floors or cupboards.

Always notify the office for any repairs or maintenance concerns

In the event of a hot water tank leak, please call our office immediately. A hot water tank requires special instructions to shut off both the water and gas supply lines.
